| | To cater to any industrial Flow Measurement application involving Liquids, Gases or Steam, we have dedicated Flow Computers.
For liquids whose volume expands or contracts with changes in Temperature like some hydrocarbons, we have Liquid Flow Totalisers with Automatic Temperature Compensation.
For Gases which are compressible, and whose density changes with changes in Pressure and Temperature, we have Gas Flow Totalisers which have in-built automatic computations of Density of the gas at flowing conditions.
Using advanced algorithms involving the physical and chemical properties of the flowing gas, these units compute the actual mass of the Gas flowing irrespective of whether the Gas has expanded or contracted due to temperature and pressure or has changed state (liquified or gasified).
For Steam applications, we have Steam Flow Totalisers which compute and totalise the actual mass of flowing steam in Kgs or Tons.
With on-line automatic density compensation both for saturated or superheated steam, you get the final figure of Totalised mass of steam.

| | Liquid Flow Computer with Temperature Compensation
Our flow computers / totalizers measure volume flow rate and total of liquids. Some liquids ( eg. alcohol or spirit ) which expand or contract significantly in the operating temperature range.
For these liquids , change in liquid Temperature causes variations in volume which cannot be ignored, especially for custody transfer applications. So the volume is required to be compensated for changes in Temperature.
Our Flow computer for liquids computes the volumetric flow and total referenced to any standard temperature whose value is programmable.
It is available for any flow input such as 4-20mA analog signal from Electromagnetic flow meter, and frequency or Pulse inputs from Turbine Flowmeter. It can transmit compensated flow or total as 4-20mA analog signal . Communication option is available as Industry standard RS485 or RS232 MODBUS.

| | Widely used in manufacturing process industry such as Textile,pharmnaceutical, chemical and automobile sector, preset counter is an economical and easy solution for automatic counting application in particular of production quantities from a machine.
The user feeds the setpoint from the instrument keypad, and it starts counting up taking inputs from signals generated by proximity,photoswitch, or limit switch. As soon as the target quantity is reached, the Preset Counter latches a Relay which can be used to trigger an audio visual alarm.
Economically priced, our Preset Counter is in good demand by OEM machine manufacturers. |

| | Auto Manual Station, an instrument to give flexibility to a final control element in a Control loop to be either controlled from an output from a loop controller or to be commanded by a manual control by an operator.
Accepting an input of 4 to 20mA from a Controller, with the help of our Auto Manual station, the output can either be made to follow the input signal in Automatic Mode or to any level between 0-100% as 4 to 20mA in the Manual mode.
The change over from Manual to Auto and vice versa is smooth and bumpless to avoid sudden change in commands to final Control elements .
